冯晓庆，女，1989年12月出生，山东菏泽人。博士研究生，讲师。先后参与国家自然科学基金项目、河北省高等学校博士启动基金项目等多项科研课题。致力于大型经济海藻遗传育种与重要性状分子机制解析、藻类应用等研究领域。

国家自然科学基金委员会，面上项目，32072953，基于泛素途径的龙须菜四分孢子体发育控制研究，2021-01-01至2024-12-31，58万元，资助期满，参与。
